EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
July 19, 2025 from 6:30-11pm at the Commander's Mansion (440 Talcott Avenue in Watertown, MA)
PARKING
Free parking in available on site in the back parking lot with additional free parking in the East Garage on Kingsbury Avenue. Guests are also welcome to be dropped off at the main entrance using the circular driveway.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Tickets or the first and last name of the guest who placed the order must be given at check in. All guests must present a valid ID.
DRESS CODE
Suggested festive or cocktail attire.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Tickets will remain on sale through July 16, 2025 unless the maximum guest capacity in reached, in which case a sold old message will be listed on the registration link.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door on the day of the event.
REFUND POLICY
All tickets are non-refundable.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
The event will take place rain or shine (inside the Commander's Mansion and under our 40 by 80' fabric lined reception tent over brick pavers).
ACCESSIBILITY
There is a ramp to enter and exit at the front of the property (to the right of the main entrance). There is also an elevator to access the second floor. The tent is also fully accessible from the parking lot and the front of the building.
